DON CHERRY / “MU” Part 1 + Part 2
BYG Records
Don Cherry, an artist who I care as a black music lover but did not have the opportunity to pick up easily.
I categorized him as a difficult free jazz / he avant-gardethe vanguard, but I tried listening because Gilles Peterson recommended this album on Instagram.
I can not forget the impact when I heard “The Ending Movement – Liberation” for the first time.
The dry sound of a trumpet and the impressive sound of a drum is totally “cool”.
Don Cherry – The Ending Movement-Liberation – 1977 (Fast)
I love you.
